How do I book your attendance?
Please visit our Contact Page to inform us about your upcoming educational event. Be sure to include your goals and the reasons for inviting us. We will follow up to learn more. Although our availability for public events and meetups is limited, we are committed to doing our best to connect and participate.
How do I prepare, once confirmed?
We kindly ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your event once we have confirmed our attendance. Additionally, we may have specific requests regarding audio-visual setup or preparatory work for your group, which can be discussed during the planning phase.
Are there any costs?
This is determined based on your unique context and the context of your event. In exceptional cases, depending on the purpose and scale of the event/meetup, we are willing to waive our professional fee. Of course any reasonable travel and accommodation expenses to locations outside where we reside would need to reimbursed.
Can I cancel with you?
Of course you can for good reason. If our agreement includes professional fees (“fees”) and/or travel costs (“expenses”), we would expect the following if you cancel. Reimburse us for any non-refundable expenses we may have incurred and, if professional fees were part of our agreement, the cancellation is as follows:
1. One month in advance (Fees waived)
2. Two weeks in advance (10% of fees)
3. One week in advance (30% of fees )
3. Three days in advance (50% of fees)
3. One day in advance (100% of fees)
In the event of force majeure, the rules differ, except for travel and accommodation expenses.
What types of Events?
We are open to participating in a wide array of public educational events, including those organized by politicians, community leaders, civic and business associations, religious institutions such as churches, schools and universities, clubs, libraries, museums, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and professional societies.
Do you also offer Professional Keynotes?
Yes. Our service for Professional Keynotes is called Interactive Keynotes, which embody our unique interactive method. which we call Conscio Originals.™
These engagements are typically structured as formal speaking contracts, inclusive of associated fees and travel expenses. Drawing on our deep expertise, they deliver thought-provoking insights, rigorous analysis, and innovative, relevant content meticulously aligned with your event’s or group’s objectives, sparking profound intellectual discourse among stakeholders, professionals and scholars.
Do you also offer classroom Lectures?
Yes, we relish the opportunity to be invited to college and university campuses, where we can inspire the developing minds of future generations.
