7. AI Usage Disclosure

At Conscio & Company, we are committed to transparency regarding the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in our content creation process. While we incorporate AI tools to enhance efficiency and analysis, we remain the primary creators, architects, and editors of all blogs, premium content, and articles published on our platform.

7.1 Human-Led Creation and Oversight: Our team of human experts conceptualizes, researches, and structures every piece of content. We serve as the chief architects of each article’s concept, themes, and objectives. All final content is meticulously reviewed, edited, tested and approved by our Co-Founders to ensure accuracy, originality, and alignment with our quality and ethical standards.

7.2 Limited Role of AI: AI is utilized solely as an assistive tool in specific, delimited capacities.  We use it in specific, controlled capacities to enhance our productivity, much like tools have evolved throughout history—from pencil and paper to typewriters, computers, and now AI. Specifically, we leverage AI to analyze and process information from our private database of over 35,000 records. Our team provides AI with carefully selected data inputs and detailed guidance to generate initial drafts or analytical insights. AI’s role is limited to tasks such as data synthesis, pattern recognition, and text generation, always under direct human supervision and control.

7.3 No Autonomous AI Generation: We do not permit AI to independently generate content, conduct research, or make editorial decisions. All AI-generated outputs are rigorously reviewed, refined, and edited by our human team to ensure they reflect our unique voice, expertise, and commitment to quality. This process guarantees that our content remains a true product of human scholarship and creativity.

7.4 Commitment to Ethical & Scholarly Practices: Our use of AI complies ethical guidelines, including those recommended by organizations such as the Authors Guild. We are dedicated to upholding intellectual property rights, protecting data privacy, and ensuring the accurate presentation of facts. To achieve this, we actively address AI’s potential biases, hallucinations, and errors in logic or data through rigorous human oversight and validation (Cuijpers, 2025, Transcendental Realism). By adhering to stringent scholarly ethics and practices for our articles and preprints, we ensure that all content is produced with transparency, accuracy, accountability, and respect for academic standards.

8. Governing Law

These disclaimers and your use of our online Services are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply. This ensures clarity and fairness for our global community, while aligning with our commitment to transparency and trust.
